I will be leading a breakout session: Amplify Your Job Search – Strategies for Finding Your Dream Job

By the time the March 26, 2021 Conference is here, we will have spent the previous 12 months living lives we never imagined. As our team planned the conference, one thing became clear, we have all experienced transformations. Kitchen tables were transformed into offices. Parents were transformed into teachers. Teachers were transformed into technologists. Formerly geographically based organizations were transformed into distributed workforces. And, each of us has been transformed in ways, some of which we have yet to discover.

As a caterpillar transforms into a butterfly, as a yard can be transformed into a garden, so too WWiT is transforming. When we created Women Working in Technology our goal was to support women in tech. In the past year, our country and indeed our world has faced some ugly racial truths. While WWiT is not a political organization, it can be an organization that supports all diverse people in technology, not just women.  We hope you will continue to engage with us as Women Working in Technology transforms its goal to connect, educate, and inspire this and the next generation of diverse professionals working in technology.
